Lebensbaum Organic Gourmet Coffee decaffeinated. Enjoy a harmonious, balanced, naturally mild coffee with a perfect flavour. The Arabica beans from the South American highlands grow slowly and well protected under the canopy of tall shade trees. Only ripe coffee cherries are picked for Lebensbaum coffees. The beans are roasted slowly and not too hot in the company's own roasting plant. This is how Lebensbaum coffees develop their full, balanced flavour.

For decaffeination, Lebensbaum uses a gentle CO₂-water process. This involves naturally extracting the caffeine from the raw coffee beans using carbon dioxide and water. This preserves the full spectrum of flavours, which is further enhanced during the subsequent slow roasting process at the company’s own roastery.
