For Italian and French cuisine: For seasoning and enhancing polenta, pasta, risotto, meat, fish and soup dishes.
As a tea infusion: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 2–3 teaspoons (approx. 6 g) and leave to infuse, covered, for about 10 minutes.
