Heuschrecke Organic Ground Cinnamon. A harmonious blend of the dried inner bark of the cinnamon trees Cinnamomum verum ceylanicum and Cinnamomum aromaticum (Cassia). This combines the best of both types of cinnamon: the sweetness of Cassia and the elegant tartness of Ceylanicum.
