Govinda Organic Red Lentil Flour. Red lentil flour is made from steamed organic red lentils, making it particularly easy to use in the kitchen. As the lentils are steamed before grinding, the flour requires only a very short cooking or soaking time and can be used straight away without needing to be soaked first.
