Please shake before use.
Hair: Apply approx. 10 ml of shampoo to wet hair and rub it into the scalp with your fingertips to work up a lather. Leave on for a short time, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Body: Apply approx. 10 ml of shower gel to your hands or a sponge, work into a rich lather in the shower and spread over your whole body. Rinse off with water.
