Bohlsener Mühle Organic Couscous Beans Salad. The organic ready-made mix with a pleasantly spicy flavour combines fine couscous, pulses and selected spices. The salad can be used flexibly as a quick meal, side dish or as a basis for your own recipe ideas, both cold and slightly warmed. Preparation is straightforward: add hot water, leave to soak and it's ready. This makes the salad ideal for on the go, a lunch break in the office, a picnic or simple dishes at home.
Preparation:
  • Mix with 250 ml boiling water.
  • Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  • Refine as desired (e.g. with sweetcorn, chickpeas and red onions).
