1. Pour 4 tablespoons (40ml) of plant drink into a large cup and add the contents of the packet. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
2. Place the cup on the edge of the microwave turntable and cook the cake at 800 watts (or highest setting) for approx. 60 seconds.
3. If the mug cake still looks moist, put it back in the microwave for another 1020 seconds.
4. Spoon the mug cake warm out of the mug and enjoy.

Alternatively , you can add half a ripe banana with 2 tablespoons of water and mix both with the baking mixture. Then cook in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 watts.

In the airfryer: Grease an ovenproof container, add 4 tbsp of plant-based drink and the contents of the packet and mix everything into a uniform batter. Then bake in the Airfryer for 1315 minutes at 160 degrees.
