Umami spice mix

BioVegan Organic Like Chicken Flavour. An umami seasoning mix that turns plant-based ingredients into a flavoursome chicken substitute. The all-in-one secret ingredient is suitable for tofu, seitan or vegetables. Simply stir in, fry and enjoy: Don't season, transform!
Simple application:
You need:  
  • 200 g unseasoned meat alternative or vegetables (we recommend tofu)
  • 50 ml water
  • Oil for frying
Preparation: 
  1. Cut the meat substitute or vegetables into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil.
  2. Mix the seasoning mix with 50 ml water and add together.
  3. Continue to fry over a reduced heat, stirring, until the seasoning is well distributed.
