BioGourmet Organic Cream with Parmigiano Reggiano. A fine cheese cream with the full umami power of the famous Italian hard cheese. A large portion of Parmigiano Reggiano is incorporated into cream, whole milk and butter and gently preserved. The result is an extremely versatile cheese cream. If you add it to pasta in the classic way with a little pasta cooking water and toss it in it, the result is a creamy, soft cheese sauce made from Parmigiano Reggiano. Used in potato casseroles, it adds depth of flavour and class. Warmed up and drizzled over crunchy market vegetables, it is wonderfully creamy and opulent.
