Bigallet Organic Lemon Syrup. Made with organic lemon juice from Sicily and beet sugar from French organic farmers. Enjoy the wonderfully balanced combination of fresh, fruity acidity and the subtle hint of bitterness from the zest. Shake well before use and dilute with water in a ratio of 1:8 to 1:10, depending on your taste. If the recommended dosage is followed, 700 ml of syrup will yield more than 6 litres of ready-to-drink beverage. A slight sediment, due to the natural ingredients, is completely normal.

Organic syrup tastes great when diluted with water, but also enhances drinks, tea, cocktails and desserts.
