Bigallet Organic Blackcurrant Syrup. The combination of blackcurrants from organic farmers in the Drôme region of south-eastern France and French-grown beet sugar offers a delicious balance between the sweetness and tartness of blackcurrants. The intensely fruity flavour of cassis syrup enhances smoothies, cocktails, champagne and white wine. It even turns plain water into a culinary delight.

Colour: Deep red
Bouquet: Like freshly harvested blackcurrants.
Flavour: A sensation of smoothness, followed by the freshness of blackcurrant buds with a slightly tart and slightly astringent note.

Shake well before use and dilute with water in a ratio of 1:8 to 1:10, depending on your taste. If you follow the recommended dosage, 700 ml of syrup will make more than 6 litres of ready-to-drink beverage. A slight sediment, due to the natural ingredients, is completely normal.

Organic syrup tastes great when diluted with water, but also enhances drinks, tea, cocktails and desserts.
