Alce Nero Organic Pancake Ready Mix with Legumes. Fluffy pancakes with a delicious twist in the batter, because the baking mix is based on legumes, adding a hearty note to your breakfast or afternoon break. Simply mix, pour into the pan, serve with fresh fruit or a dash of maple syrup and enjoy.
Add: 140 ml plant based drink, 10 ml sunflower oil
Preparation:Pour the pancake mix in a bowl.
Add the plant based drink and the sunflower oil.
Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
Grease a non sticking pan, scoop the batter onto the pan, cook for 2 minutes, then flip. Serve with a topping.
