Alce Nero Organic Nerone Whole Rice. A special Italian wholegrain rice with a deep black colour and an aromatic, slightly nutty flavour. Nerone rice retains its firm structure when cooked and makes for expressive dishes - ideal for rice salads, creative side dishes or as an exciting contrast in modern recipes and recipes with fish.
