Apulia is Italy's olive oil region par excellence, and this cold-pressed olive oil from the Cima di Bitonto and Coratina varieties from the province of Bari comes from the heart of this ancient oil culture. Greenish-golden in the glass, it unfolds a medium fruit aroma with notes of fresh herbs and a pleasant hint of bitterness and pungency in the finish. The olives are harvested by hand between October and January and cold-pressed immediately afterwards.
