Alce Nero Organic Barley Drink. Roasted and finely ground from 100% Italian Mondo barley, this powder can be prepared directly in the mocha pot or filter machine. The aroma is familiar, the result pleasantly malty and warm and naturally caffeine-free. Whether served pure, with milk or a plant-based alternative, the drink is a real treat for any time of day.
Preparation:
In the mocha pot: fill the filter without pressing.
