Pumpkin Organics Kids Bluey Organic Spelt Pizza Dough Baking Mix. Pizza baking made easy! With the spelt pizza dough made from 95% spelt flour, pizza baking becomes a simple favourite ritual for the whole family. The dough is ready in just 5 minutes, without any rising time or long waiting. Simply add water and oil, knead briefly and off you go. No added sugar (ingredients naturally contain sugar). Whether pizza, pizza bread or small pizza snails: The dough is as versatile as your recipe ideas.
And it's that simple: 
You need 
  • 150 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).
  2. Pour the contents into a bowl. Add lukewarm water and oil.
  3. Mix with a tablespoon and then knead well by hand or use a hand mixer (dough hook) to form a smooth dough.
  4. Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough for a baking tray or two round springform tins (diameter 28 cm).
  5. Grease the baking tin with oil and place the dough on top.
  6. Spread the dough evenly with Pumpkin Organics Organic Tomato Sauce and get creative and top with vegetables, cheese or vegan cheese alternative, etc.
  7. Bake the pizza on the lowest shelf for approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
