The strawberry sweetener is ideal for smoothies, mueslis, porridges or yoghurts as well as for creams, mousses, toppings and dessert sauces. Baked goods, fillings, jams or fruity spreads also benefit from its fine strawberry flavour. It can even be used to flavour exotic dishes, marinades and salads.
Tip: The strawberry sweetener conjures up a fruity, flavoursome strawberry milk in no time at all. Simply add 2-3 teaspoons to milk or milk substitute products and stir well. That's it!
