The blackcurrant sweetness is ideal for rounding off mueslis, smoothies, yoghurts or porridges. Desserts, creams, mousses and fruity sauces also benefit from its fine, tart and fruity character. They add a refreshing flavour to baked goods, spreads or savoury dishes such as chutneys and marinades.
Tip: The redcurrant sweetener is also ideal for a fruity, refreshing redcurrant milk. Simply add 2-3 teaspoons to milk or milk substitute products and stir well. That's it!
