Chiron Organic Hemp Protein Patties Crops. Hemp flakes and hemp meal meet spelt in three different forms. Flakes, semolina and wholemeal flour are complemented by linseed, popped amaranth and vegetable stock to create a roast mixture with a hearty bite and nutty flavour. Delicious warm from the pan, surprisingly good cold as a bread topping - and particularly creative when mixed with grated courgette.
Preparation:
  1. Mix one cup of dry mix well with half a cup of water and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour enough oil into a pan and form patties with a spoon in the palm of your hand.
  3. Fry on both sides over a medium heat.
