Ready mix for a delicious Mug Cake

BioVegan Organic Matcha Raspberry Mug Cake. Its a Match(a)! Matcha meets fruity raspberries - for a delicious moment of indulgence in no time at all. The summery, fruity baking mix can be baked in the airfryer or microwave.
You add: 4 tbsp (40 ml) plant drink
Preparation:
In the microwave:
  1. Pour 4 tbsp (40 ml) of plant drink and the packet contents into a cup.
  2. Stir to a uniform paste.
  3. Place the cup on the edge of the microwave turntable and cook the cake at 800 watts (or highest setting) for approx. 60 seconds. If the mug cake still looks moist, microwave for another 10-20 seconds
In the airfryer:
  1. Grease an ovenproof container, add 4 tablespoons of plant drink and the packet contents and mix to form an even batter.
  2. Bake in the Airfryer for 13-15 minutes at 160 °C.
