BioVegan Organic My Like Beef Flavour. Make a delicious alternative to pulled beef and co. without any meat with this umami flavour mix made from plant-based proteins. Suitable for tofu, soya or vegetables. A real game changer for burgers, bolognese or chilli: don't season, transform!
Simple application:
You need:
- 200 g unseasoned meat alternative or vegetables (we recommend tofu)
- 50 ml water
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cut the meat substitute or vegetables into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil.
- Mix the seasoning mix with 50 ml water and add together.
- Continue to fry over a reduced heat, stirring, until the seasoning is well distributed.
