Zotter Organic Chocolate Orange Caramel + Coconut. Coconut coating with cocoa butter and dark chocolate, filled with orange caramel and an almond, coconut and orange ganache. Fruit caramel with crispies. A sunny, fruity mini-break for those with a sweet tooth: a layer of butter caramel, enhanced with orange juice and orange oil. Set on a base of homemade almond nougat, finished with a crunchy, crackling topping of caramelised coconut flakes and fruity orange pieces. Finally coated in dark coconut couverture.

Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol act as natural preservatives. The shorter best-before date is therefore a sign of high-quality Zotter chocolate.
