After just four to five minutes in the oven, toaster or air fryer, the pre-baked organic pita breads give off a wonderful aroma, signalling that they’re ready to be filled to your heart’s content.

Oven: Moisten the surface of the pita breads with a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan) for approx. 4-6 mins.
Toaster: Toast for approx. 2 mins, depending on how brown you want them.
Air fryer: Cook at 180°C for approx. 3-4 mins.

Leave to cool briefly, cut open and fill as desired.
