Zotter Organic Chocolate Almond Nougat with red Nuts. 60% dark milk chocolate filled with white praline and walnuts nuts in elderberry juice. A light almond praline enhanced with a bit of white chocolate and orange oil alongside sweet, light walnuts bathed and turned soft and red in cinnamon and elderberry juice before being dipped in delicious chocolate. Covered in milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is specified as just a few months from the time of manufacture. As Zotter does not use stabilisers or preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol act as natural preservatives. The shorter best-before date is therefore a sign of high-quality Zotter chocolate.
