Spielberger Organic Beta Glucan Flakes. A carefully composed mix of barley, oat and brown millet flakes, complemented by high-quality oat bran. The whole grain is gently steamed and then rolled, so that texture and flavour are preserved as much as possible. The mix impresses with its balanced taste properties and its versatile usability. Oat and barley give the mix a mildly nutty note, while the brown millet pleasantly rounds off the flavour.
