Sarchio Quinoa Real Biologico. Quinoa Real is considered one of the most valuable varieties. Its grains are slightly larger and taste milder and slightly sweet, as they only have a very low saponin content - significantly lower than other types of quinoa. Quinoa Real is ideal for soups, old salads, croquettes or balls and is a fine alternative to rice, couscous or millet. Quinoa Real is naturally gluten free.

Toepassing:

Always rinse thoroughly in plenty of water before use, moving the grains to remove any remaining saponins.

Bring salted water to the boil and cook the quinoa for about 15 minutes (until the grains are soft on the outside and still slightly firm to the bite on the inside).

Drain and then cover and leave to rest for about 5 minutes to allow the grains to swell.
