Lecker's Organic White Gelatine. This gelatine in sheets can be used to make creams, desserts, cakes, aspics, as well as fruit and wine jellies. Gelatine is a pure collagen protein. The pack contains 12 sheets of gelatine.

Toepassing:

Application: 12 sheets = 20 g are sufficient for up to 1 litre of liquid. Soak individually in cold water for approx. 5 mins, then squeeze out gently.
Cold dishes: Heat the squeezed-out gelatine, stirring until it has dissolved. Then slowly add the cold mixture to the gelatine. Never do it the other way round.
Hot dishes: Add the squeezed-out leaves and stir until dissolved. Always store gelatine in a dry, odour-free place.
