Heuschrecke Organic Herbal Tea Peppermint, loose. Refreshing and tangy in flavour. Brewed on its own, peppermint makes for a distinctive house tea. It can also be used in a variety of ways as a base for your own herbal tea creations. Coarsely chopped peppermint also lends a delicately spicy note to lamb, fish, pâtés, salads, carrots and gherkins.

Toepassing:
How to prepare the tea: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 7 teaspoons (10g), leave to infuse, covered, for approx. 5–6 minutes, then strain through a tea strainer.
Uses: as a seasoning for lamb, fish, pâtés, salad, carrots and gherkins.
