Allos Organic Overnight Oats Apple Pie. Organic porridge with tender oats, fruity apple pieces, deliciously crunchy chia seeds and a subtle hint of cinnamon. And best of all: completely free from added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars). It’s a great way to start your day.
Preparation
- Overnight: Mix 50 g of overnight oats with 100 ml of milk or plant-based drink. Cover and store in the fridge overnight (at a maximum of +7°C for up to 12 hours). In the morning, top as desired or eat as it is.
- When you’re in a hurry: Heat 100 ml of milk or plant-based drink and pour it over 50 g of overnight oats. Leave to stand for 5 minutes – and it’s ready.
