Alce Nero Organic Semi Whole Durum Wheat Fusilloni. The larger, thicker XXL version of the classic fusilli, made from 100% Italian durum wheat. With a slightly coarser texture, it combines the advantages of wholemeal with the fineness of classic pasta and is therefore ideal for intense sauces, ragùs, flavoured oil and herb preparations or for pasta salads.
