Winter delights: a layer of butter caramel, enhanced with orange juice and orange oil. Set upon a homemade almond nougat, finished with a crispy, crunchy topping of caramelised coconut flakes and fruity orange pieces. Finally, the creation is dipped in a dark coconut coating made from coconut-rice coating and dark chocolate.
