TerraSana Organic Whole Wheat Pita. Baked from wholemeal flour and refined with a pinch of salt, this authentic pita is as pure and uncomplicated as a good flatbread should be. Baked briefly in the oven or on the grill or toasted until golden brown, it unfolds its full flavour. Whether filled with hummus, muhammara or pesto and topped with falafel, chickpeas and fresh salad, or cut into strips as a crispy snack with a dip - the pita turns every lunch or dinner into a moment of pleasure.
