Pumpkin Organic Kids Bluey Oat & Spelt Pancakes Baking Mix. What's a Sunday morning without pancakes? This pancake baking mix makes delicious breakfast pancakes for the whole family in just 5 minutes. The baking mix is based on oats and spelt. No added sugar (naturally contains sugar). The versatile mix not only makes classic pancakes, but also waffles or XL oven pancakes as well as a vegan version.
And it's that simple:
You need:
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml milk or plant-based drink
For a plant-based preparation:
  • 200 ml plant-based drink
  • 1 Pumpkin Organics organic vegetable pouchy
  1. Add the ingredients to the baking mixture and mix with a whisk until everything is well combined.
  2. Bake the batter by the tablespoonful in a lightly greased pan over a medium heat.
  3. When the pancakes develop bubbles on the surface, they can be flipped.
  4. As soon as the pancakes are golden brown on both sides, they are ready. 
Tips: 
The classic: waffles. The pancake batter can also easily be used as waffle batter. Mix as described, put in the waffle iron and you're done!
Mix and match: Whether sweet or savoury, courgette, carrots or berries: simply mix into the batter, add as a topping on top or both. Whatever tastes good is allowed!
