Dry mix for vegan hemp patties

Chiron Organic Hemp Protein Patties Vegetable. Hemp flakes and hemp meal meet spelt in three different forms: Flakes, semolina and wholemeal flour. Supplemented with linseed, vegetables and vegetable stock, the result is a mixture for patties with a savoury bite and nutty flavour. Simply mix, shape and fry - and the crispy, purely plant-based patties for salads, bowls, burgers or side dishes are ready.
Preparation:
  1. Mix one cup of dry mix well with half a cup of water and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour enough oil into a pan and form patties with a spoon in the palm of your hand.
  3. Fry on both sides over a medium heat.
