Alce Nero Organic Vegetable Puree Vegetable Mix. With carrots, potatoes, and zucchini from Italian organic farmers. The vegetables are selected, washed, cut, and deep-frozen. They are then finely minced and homogenized to achieve a uniform consistency and make them easy to swallow. The filled jars undergo heat treatment to support shelf life.
