Holle Organic Wholemeal Cereal Porridge Millet & Oats, gluten free. For introducing cereals into your baby's diet. This gluten-free cereal porridge made from millet and oats combines two valuable grains to create a balanced porridge. Can be prepared as a milk cereal porridge, dairy-free porridge or fruit and cereal porridge. Suitable from 5 months onwards.

Preparation with infant formula 

1. Prepare approx. 100 ml of infant formula. 
2. Pour it into a plate and add 22 g of cereal flakes (5–6 tbsp). 
3. Add approx. 100 ml of water (warmed to approx. 50 °C) until the desired consistency is achieved. 
4. Stir everything well, leave the porridge to stand for a short while and ensure it is at the correct serving temperature (37 °C). Enjoy your meal!

Preparation as a semi-milk porridge after 6 months

1. Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to approx. 50 °C.
2. Add 22 g of cereal flakes (5–6 tbsp).
3. Stir everything well, leave the porridge to stand for a short while and ensure it is at the correct serving temperature (37 °C). Enjoy your meal!
   
   

Alternatively, you can also prepare the cereal porridge with approx. 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or 200 ml of water.

To make a cereal and fruit porridge: Mix 20 g of cereal flakes (5 tbsp) with 90 ml of water, 100 g of fruit purée and 1 tsp of baby oil.
