Lecker's Organic Dark Chocolate Couverture Drops. These delicately bitter chocolate drops add a chocolatey touch to a wide range of recipes. They can be mixed directly into cakes, muffins or biscuits and baked right through. When melted, they can be used to coat and decorate baked goods and desserts. They can also be added to muesli, yoghurt or quark-based dishes, as well as hot milk, to enhance their flavour.
How to make chocolate coating:
Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and melt them in a bain-marie. Important: make sure no water gets into the chocolate! Then use the melted chocolate for glazing or decorating.
