Govinda Organic Calamarata Pea Wholegrain Rice Goodel. Calamarata is a short, ring-shaped pasta from Neapolitan cuisine that resembles squid rings (calamari). Their thick-walled, often rough surface makes them perfect for fish sauces, seafood and tomato sauces, as they absorb sauces well. Calamarata comes very close to classic pasta in terms of bite and texture. Ideal for strong sauces, Mediterranean ragouts or stuffed as a special starter.
