BioVegan Organic Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake. This baking mix conjures up autumn delights on your spoon in no time at all. Finely balanced spices and a slightly sweet taste ensure a delicious treat that lets you enjoy autumn bite by bite. Prepared in a flash, the mug cake is a wonderful choice for spontaneous cravings in between meals or small moments of indulgence during a coffee break.

Preparation:

Pour 4 tablespoons (40 ml) of plant drink into a large cup and add the contents of the packet. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
Place the cup on the edge of the microwave turntable and cook the cake at 800 watts (or highest setting) for approx. 60 seconds.
If the mug cake still looks moist, put it back in the microwave for another 10-20 seconds.
Spoon the mug cake warm out of the mug and enjoy.

Tip: For extra crunch, you can add a tablespoon of chopped walnuts to the batter in step 1.
