Bingenheimer Saatgut Seeds of Organic Garland Chrysanthemum. The summer flower chrysanthemum is particularly well known in Asia for its use as a vegetable and for flavouring. Young leaves and 10-20 cm long shoot tips can be eaten fresh or steamed and the dried flowers can be used to make a delicious tea. Thrives in sunny and semi-shady locations.
