Alce Nero Organic Whole Khorasan Wheat Flakes. Wholemeal khorasan flakes made from Italian organic khorasan wheat - unsweetened and pure. The golden-yellow flakes are rolled from the whole grain and remain crunchy even when added to milk or yoghurt. With their nutty, mild flavour, they are perfect for breakfast with milk, yoghurt, honey or fresh fruit, but also make a wonderful warm porridge.
