Alce Nero Organic Fusilli Tricolor. Colourful fusilli that don't just look good! The three natural colours are created using tomatoes, spinach and classic durum wheat semolina from Italy. The twisted spiral shape of the pasta captures sauces perfectly and makes every dish a little eye-catcher. Add 100 g pasta to 1.5 litres of boiling, lightly salted water and cook for approx. 11 minutes.
