Zotter Classic Organic Dark Chocolate 60%. A sweet, dark chocolate, bringing you the best of both worlds: genuine chocolate flavour thanks to a strong 60% cacao content, but a lovely and gentle sweetness. It doesn’t need much to achieve pure happiness: fine flavour cacao, pure cocoa butter and some raw cane sugar – only 3 ingredients, but of sublime quality. Created, bean to bar, at Zotter’s chocolate factory.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is specified as just a few months from the time of manufacture. As Zotter does not use stabilisers or preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol act as natural preservatives. The shorter best-before date is therefore a sign of high-quality Zotter chocolate.
