Tarpa Zwetschgenpowidl. For centuries, the village of Tarpa has been producing a traditional plum jam reminiscent of the kind many remember from their grandparents. Fully ripe plums are gently simmered in open kettles and slowly reduced without the addition of sugar¹ or gelling agents, then delicately refined with exotic spices. A pure delight on bread, with muesli, or served with desserts.
