Sonnentor Asian BBQ Organic Spice Preparation. An aromatic spice blend with garlic, ginger and star anise and a hint of fruity sweetness. It is well suited as a base for marinades: Simply mix with oil and spread on tofu or meat, for example. This makes a great seasoning for Japanese yakitori skewers, for example, in no time at all. The blend is also suitable for seasoning meat, vegetable or tofu dishes bulgogi-style.
