Ökoland Organic Pho Chicken Broth. For this high quality broth chicken carcasses are gently simmered with selected vegetables and traditional Asian spices for 24 hours. The broth can be enjoyed on its own or used as a stock. It adds a wonderful depth of flavour to dishes.
