Morgenland Organic Chia Seeds can be used plain or as a pudding. For the chia pudding, mix 15 g of chia seeds with 125 ml of liquid, stir well and leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.
Information for consumption: According to the novel food approval (2013/50/EU) for chia seeds, the maximum daily amount should not exceed 15 g.
