BioVegan Organic Egg Replacement. Vegetable Organic Egg Replacement can be used in sweet pastries such as waffles, pancakes and sponge cakes. Or in hearty dishes such as potato and vegetable pancakes, casseroles or for breading. Not suitable for the preparation of scrambled or fried eggs.

5 g and 50 ml sparkling water replace a whole egg

Preparation:
Mix Organic Egg Replacement with sparkling water, add other liquid ingredients and whisk together. Mix dry ingredients well, stir with the mixed liquid to an even mass.

Not suitable for the preparation of scrambled or fried eggs.
