Aromatic Florina peppers and hot peppers, smoked over beech wood and filleted, refined with basil, thyme and wild garlic as well as quince, grape must and a hint of honey. Fine pieces of ginger and carrot provide an exciting texture, and spicy garlic rounds off the flavour experience with a slight spiciness. The result is a chutney that can hardly be categorised - fruity, spicy, slightly sweet and intensely tangy all at the same time.
