This balsamic vinegar, made from reduced grape must and matured wine vinegar, is wonderfully dense, with a soft, rounded flavour that elegantly balances fruitiness and acidity. A few drops over strawberries, mature cheese or in a marinade, and the delicately fruity acidity ensures moments of pure enjoyment.
